How much does rooftop solar cost?
A residential on-grid system typically costs ₹55,000–₹65,000 per kW before subsidy, depending on panel brand, structure height and inverter. You get a fixed written quote after the free site survey.
Who is eligible for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy?
Residential customers with their own house, an electricity connection in their name and a suitable roof. The subsidy applies only to DCR (Made-in-India) panels installed by a registered vendor.
How long does the subsidy take to arrive?
After installation and net-meter commissioning, the DISCOM inspects the system. The subsidy is usually credited to your bank account within 30–60 days of approval.
Will solar work during a power cut?
On-grid systems switch off during a grid outage for safety. If you need backup, we can design a hybrid system with batteries.
What maintenance does the system need?
Panels should be rinsed with water every 2–3 weeks. Our maintenance plan covers periodic cleaning visits, inverter checks and performance monitoring.
